The IFP acknowledges with sadness President Nelson Mandela's decision to retire from public life.
We believe, however, Mr Mandela's achievements are so monumental that they will continue to inspire and guide us as a nation. We wish him well and hope that he will now have time to finally enjoy his family to the full and pursue his private interests. May God bless Madiba richly.
