The National Organiser of the IFP, Mr Albert Mncwango, MP, today announced that there will be an IFP KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Conference on Saturday, 5th November 2005 at the Umlazi Indoor Sports Centre (near King Zwelithini Stadium) in D Section, Umlazi, Durban. It will begin at 10h00.

Mr Mncwango said:

"The President of the IFP, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, will be present and will greet the Conference. This will be followed by elections for the entire executive of the IFP in KwaZulu-Natal, which will be the main business of the day."

"This is an important event as the newly elected KZN Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) will be the main driving force of the provincial IFP in the upcoming local government elections. One of their main tasks will be to ensure that the IFP's candidate election process is implemented and strictly adhered to."
