The 2002 IFP Women's Brigade Conference: Friday 11 - Sunday 13 October

The National Chairperson of the IFP Women's Brigade, Mrs Abbie Mchunu, has announced that the theme of the 2002 IFP Women's Brigade Conference will be:

"25 years in the Struggle: IFP women tackling the real issues."

The Conference will be held at the eMandeni/Matleng Youth Training Centre in Ulundi between Friday 11 and Sunday 13 October 2002.

Mrs Mchunu will deliver a speech on Saturday morning, followed by the Party President, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, who will deliver the keynote address.

In the afternoon and evening session, delegates will deliberate on identified topics and the President's speech.

The deliberations of these topics will be used to formulate the Women's Brigade's resolutions which will be presented to the Conference on the Sunday morning.
