It has come to light that the rumours about racism
in the justice system were spread by the Judges and not the Advocates as
initially thought.
“The issue of racism is not generally
experienced in the justice system and discussions on this should be
handled sensitively as not to offend others."
“Non-racialism and transformation are subjects
that have been largely accepted in the justice system. It is unnecessary
that small exceptions should cause major debates. This is a negative
reflection on the bench,”
