The IFP National Organiser, Mr Albert Mncwango, today announced that the IFP President, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, will announce the seven (7) IFP Metro Mayoral candidates, which will include the mayoral candidates for the newly upgraded "Grade 5" municipalities, on Sunday, 12th February 2006. The announcement will take place at the IFP's campaign launch for Gauteng.

As was previously announced the launch will take place at the Thokoza Stadium in Thokoza, Ekurhuleni. IFP candidates in Gauteng will be presented to the Gauteng electorate and take the IFP's pledge of Honour, Service and Delivery. The event will start at 10h00.
