The IFP YOUTH BRIGADE at their meeting held today condemned the way the ANC-led government passed laws affecting young people, without consulting with relevant youth structures. The recent issue of encouraging twelve year olds to become sexually active and to abort without consulting their parents, is far from our African values.  Youth formations need to be consulted, as they represent young people from civil society.

Therefore the IFP YB resolved to warn the YOUNG COMMUNIST LEAGUE, to stop accusing the President of the IFP Prince M G Buthelezi.  IF the YCL does not have other leaders to insult or accuse of murdering CHRIS HANI, let them fight for the prosecution of their own leaders who are squandering SACP money and leave Prince M G Buthelezi alone.  They cannot call for his prosecution without any valid evidence. They must invest their time formulating a clear policy on youth development, and participate in youth development issues, rather than spreading propaganda about other political leaders.  Let the YCL leave Prince M G Buthelezi alone and challenge the IFP YB on youth development issues.
