STATEMENT BY: 13 February 2008 The Inkatha Freedom Party is shocked to hear about the murder of an ANC Councillor, Mr Zungu from the Mtubatuba Municipality, in the Umkanyakude District. The IFP abhors violence and all that accompanies it - such as this brutal murder of a public representative. We therefore urge the police to leave no stone unturned in apprehending these callous criminals. The IFP sends its condolences to Mr Zungu's family, friends and his party - the ANC.
