AIDS TESTING

While Ms Patricia De Lille’s challenge to MP’s will assist to heighten awareness around testing, a more significant initiative would e one that comes from government.

We require free testing offered and made available in every clinic and hospital. We also need more counsellors trained so that group pre-test counselling can be made available at schools, universities, clinics, outpatients wards and wherever large groups of people gather.

We should begin with a counselling session for all MP’s followed by free testing at the Parliamentary sick bay.
