IFP National Council member, Dr LPHM Mtshali, will address a public meeting at Diepsloot, Northern Johannesburg on Sunday 22 April 2007 starting at 12:00.

The meeting will be held at the Diepsloot Youth Centre and focus on growth and party mobilization.
