IFP applauds biggest drug bust in
KwaZulu-Natal

The IFP spokesperson for Safety and Security, Mr Velaphi Ndlovu,
today applauded the efforts of the SAPS that resulted in the
biggest drug bust in KwaZulu-Natal's history. He said:
"The IFP commends the efforts of the SAPS in arresting two men
for drug trafficking in Tongaat, KwaZulu-Natal. We are pleased
to see that vigilant policing, as promised by the Minister of
Safety and Security, has paid off with the biggest drug bust in
the province's history."
Mr Ndlovu concluded by saying: "The IFP further welcomes the
denial of bail to the two British accused, as it sends a clear
message that drug trafficking, or any crime for that matter,
will not be taken lightly in South Africa."
