The IFP President, Prince Mangosuthu
Buthelezi MP, has expressed his condolences on the untimely
passing of Dr Manto Tshabalala-Msimang.
Prince Buthelezi extended his sympathies
to her husband and family in this difficult time of mourning.
"When one has spent so many years in the
spotlight of public service, everyone has something to say at
the end of one's life. As the tributes pour in, let us not
forget that this lady was also a daughter, a wife and a mother,
and in the wake of her death there is deep sorrow," said Prince
Buthelezi.
The IFP President also expressed his
support for all those living with disease and uncertain of how
many more days they will be granted. "It is sad that Dr
Tshabalala-Msimang lived only two years after her life-saving
operation," said Prince Buthelezi.
He added: "This is another reminder of
the fragility and gift of life."
