IFP President, Dr. Mangosuthu Buthelezi, MP will be addressing an IFP rally at the rugby field (opposite the junior school) in Melmoth at 15:30hrs on Friday 1st December 2000. Dr. Buthelezi will also include in his speech a statement on AIDS on the occasion of World Aids Day.
