The IFP Youth Brigade National Council met on the 30th June 2010 in Durban and unanimously agreed to support the October 24-25 resolution of the IFP National Council that states:

"That HE Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi must continue to remain the unifying leader of the Party to ensure a smooth and democratic succession transition when the time is ripe, and we'll appreciate his consideration of this matter."
