The IFPYB National Spokesperson, Ntuthuko
Majozi, announced today that an IFPYB delegation will meet the
Democratic Alliance Youth on Tuesday, 17 January 2012 in
Johannesburg.
"This is the continuation of a series of
meetings that started last year, which has led to the IFPYB
meeting with the Cope Youth Movement, UDM Youth and AZAPO Youth
with the focus on strengthening the youth voice and working
together on issues of youth development," said Majozi
Majozi said that the IFPYB was optimistic that
the meeting with the DA would yield good results. "Especially
since the DA Youth has also publicly called for the disbandment
of the NYDA," said Majozi.
Majozi ended by urging other youth formations
to respond to their calls for uniting the youth voice. He
confirmed that they have extended invitations to the ANCYL, PAC
Youth, Freedom Front Plus and NGOs, NPOs and CBOs as well.
