respond to the report; and the recent actions and public utterances of
kaMagwaza-Msibi who has joined another political party without tendering a
formal resignation from the IFP and who has repeatedly andublicly
distanced herself from the IFP, the IFP National Council has resolved:
-
to endorse kaMagwaza-Msibi's severance of membership of
the IFP with immediate effect on the grounds that because she failed to
appear before the IFP National Council and respond to the report on her
actions forcing the IFP National Council to accept the substance of the

the IFP in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature as a member of another political
party.
