Hon. Speaker and Hon. Members. The IFP as servants of the people stands here to express our support for the Bill.
Hon. Speaker; each time we approve such a Bill in this House, millions of our people become hopeful that some of their aspirations will be fulfilled. Unfortunately, in some instances, such hopes vanish into thin air when some see these funds as sources for personal enrichment.
