IFP: Extends Condolences To The Mphaphuli Royal Family

The Inkatha Freedom Party is shocked to hear of the sudden passing away of Chief Munzhedzi Madadzhe Mphaphuli who was a Chief in Tshikonelo in Venda.

“Chief Mphaphuli was respected as a humble leader who cared for his people. Being committed to improving the lives of those around him, he served as a teacher in the early 1970s. After being installed in a traditional ceremony in 2000, he was known to conduct himself as a responsible leader who worked hard to uplift his community. We know that he will be sorely missed by all in the Venda community and all those whose lives he has touched.

We in the IFP have high regard for Amakhosi without whom South Africa would not be where it is today. We always look to Amakhosi for wisdom and guidance in matters of community interest.

We offer our condolences to the Mphaphuli Royal Family and to the Venda people and pray that his soul will find everlasting peace”, said IFP National Chairman, Mr Blessed Gwala.
