IFP GAUTENG GEARING UP FOR 2021 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION

The IFP in Gauteng will hold an Extended Provincial Council meeting on 15 September 2019 at Braamfontein Metro Centre, Johannesburg.

The meeting is geared towards kickstarting the provincial program for the upcoming 2021 Local Government Elections in the Gauteng province. The meeting will be comprised of an in-committee session attended by members of the Extended Provincial Council and a public session open to members of the IFP and the Gauteng citizenry at large.

On this day, IFP council members will wear all black as a symbol of support to the ongoing national campaign against women and children abuse. There will also be a memorial candle lighting in remembrance of all women and children that have fallen victim to gender-based violence and violence against children.

Members of the media are invited to attend.
