IFP Saddened by Passing of Inkosi Busangokwakhe Khanyile

The IFP in the KZN Legislature has learnt with great sadness of the passing of INkosi Busangokwakhe Khanyile of Izindlozi Traditional Counci from Inkandla. INkosi Khanyile was the one of the few senior Amakhosi remaining, and a pillar of KZN’s traditional leadership.

We send our deepest condolences to King MisuZulu kaZwelithini kaNyangangayezizwe, the Zulu Nation’s Traditional Prime Minister, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, and the entire Khanyile clan.

The IFP believes and respect the role played by traditional leadership in preserving identity, as well as the preservation of customs and traditions.

We applaud INkosi Khanyile for his role in championing community development and upliftment. He has carried out his duties without compromising his beliefs and remained true to the institution of traditional leadership.

May his family find solace in knowing that INkosi Khanyile lived a fullfiling and meaningful life. May his soul rest in peace.
