IFPYB Sets Its Sights On 2019: Taking Over SA Through The Barrel Of The Ballot!

The IFP Youth Brigade has set its sights on 2019 National General Elections.

IFPYB National Chairperson, Mkhuleko Hlengwa MP, was speaking at rally in Bergville in the uThukela District where declared that “We must not lose the momentum of August 3, we must build on the gains of the past elections. It is urgent that we vote out the ANC if we are serious about rescuing South Africa from the clutches of corruption and poor administration. We must take over South Africa through the barrel of the ballot.”

“We have proven that the phoenix can rise from the ashes. On August 3 we bounced back; we are rightly the come back kids. From the same ashes out of which we rose, South Africa must rise. Removing the ANC from power is now a national emergency. It must be done. It can be done. And in 2019 it will be done.” said Hlengwa

Hlengwa further added “The possibility of change is real, and on August 3 the IFP did its share of setting South Africa on a direction of change in different parts of the country, and in 2019 that change must become whole. We cannot rest until we have rid South Africa of the ills of poverty, corruption and inequality which continue to escalate under the current regime.”

“Bouyed by our positive showing in the elections as the IFP we must continue with our grassroots approach by strengthening our branches, regaining lost ground and venturing into new territory.” Emphasised Hlengwa

The Youth as citizens of the future
have every responsibility to build a prosperous future for themselves
alongside all South Africans.

Hlengwa pointed that “Going into 2019 South Africa has two choices either to continue on the current path of failure, incompetence and inefficiency or we choose a new path: A path of economic growth and economic development. A path of anti-corruption through transparency and accountability. A path of poverty eradication. A path of quality education. A path of unity in diversity through reconciliation. A path of dignity through real jobs, sustainable jobs!”

“Today, I make a clarion call, to all South Africans and the youth in particular: Let us work towards 2019 where will choose the second path. Let us choose change. We deserve better than the current dismal failures being dished out by the regime. We dare not accept what we have now as the best we can do as a people. We are a proud Nation, with a rich past and equally we owe it to ourselves to craft, for ourselves, the best future. We deserve the second path.” Concluded Hlengwa
