All political parties, civic- and faith-based organisations, as well as his family and friends, will have an opportunity to pay tribute to former Cllr Ally, who will forever be remembered as a legend.

Details are as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 27 October 2020
Time: 14h00 for 14h30
