Press Alert: Press Conference Announcing Legacy Celebrations

This year South Africa will be celebrating the 90th birthday of Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi MP. There have been many requests to honour his legacy, not only as President of the IFP, but as an elder statesman, a leader of our liberation struggle, a former Minister and Acting President of the Republic, a man of faith, and a champion of democratic values.

The Buthelezi family therefore assembled a Legacy Celebrations Committee to plan and coordinate the various events that will take place this year.

The Committee will brief the media on the programme thus far, including the central celebration which will see significant leaders, both national and international, converge to celebrate a living legacy.

The briefing will be as follows:

DATE: Friday 23 March 2018
TIME: 10:00
VENUE: 2 Durban Club Place, off Anton Lembede Street, Durban

All media are invited to attend.
